For most marketers, email is the most important way to communicate with potential customers.
So you’re not wrong to expect a tight integration between your email and your CRM.
However, with all the different CRM possibilities out there, it can be difficult to figure out what to expect from such an integration between email and CRM, so first, I’ll address that for you and give you a list of useful features to look out for.

However, if you don’t have a Google or Microsoft inbox, read on below!

Ranking CRMs with Email Integration: Methodology
If you’re looking for a CRM that integrates well with your email inbox, the above feature set can greatly increase your productivity.
To compile this ranking, I reviewed a list of around 600 potential CRMs to make a shortlist. I then tested each of the 7 selected email CRMs first-hand and investigated which of them offer which features, which I detail below.
However, it’s important to keep the bigger buying guide has 100 points telegram data picture in mind when comparing CRMs, as you also need to make sure that your team will actually use that CRM. Getting a CRM that no one uses is pretty much useless.
For this reason, I’ve included the current score for each CRM on G2 to give you a better idea of how each CRM performs. It breaks down as follows:
Next, I took the average of the email integration feature score, the average G2 review score, and the Google Play score of the mobile app, to calculate… the final score!
