A year ago I started the Łania Project . The project was supposed to be a little bit for me, and a little bit for you (but still more for me). The reason why the Łania Project was created was very prosaic – after another summer full of frustration, I decided to “take care of myself” as they say. And since nothing gives me as much joy as planning my future successes, I decided to create the kind of fitness planner I always wanted to have when I was motivated. That’s how the Wild Rocks fitness planner was created.
What has Project Dona been like over the past year? The lania
The first half of the year was mainly deal with innovation often about experimenting with developing new habits – this was the result of the book “The Power of Habit”. This was a very important book for me, because in extremely accessible words it made me realize how important it is to develop habits on the way to achieving our goals.
