Why do you need to start resting?

I would never have thought that the source of effective work is an appropriate amount of rest. Rest – something that was usually the lowest priority on my “to do” list (because there were so many urgent tasks, tasks and projects) – turns out to be, paradoxically, the key to greater efficiency.

Why can’t I get to work? start resting

Overworked, with an ever-increasing to-do list, we  the federal trade commission carefully monitors are terribly ineffective. Desperate for rest, we scroll mindlessly through Facebook, watch another episode of “Friends” and in the worst case – when everything has been checked, read and watched – we are able to look through the SPAM box on our phone (true about me) – just to avoid work.

Yes my dears – procrastination is the second name for lack of rest.

How to find time to rest?

So if we want to be more effective in our work, we first need  each push technology has its own rules to take care of balance. How? Let’s start planning by planning our rest. We need to find time for this: just as we find time to brush our teeth and drink coffee, we should also be able to find time to rest. We should never put off rest until the holy never, because it will come and demand itself anyway. But then it will be just crying and gnashing of teeth. I still have to learn this – this and how to enforce time for laziness in my schedule.

It is also worth planning your work from to – and sticking to it firmly. Over time, it is a bit like money – we will spend as much as we have. If I do not impose a rigid framework on myself by sitting in the evening on something (e.g. graphics, a post, etc.), I will sit as much as possible – and not necessarily doing what I should. That is why it is really worth determining in advance what time we will work until.

How to rest?
Above all, effectively In resting, it is important calling list  to rest without remorse. Consciously. Being offline helps a lot – that is why it is worth turning off all communicators, distractions – let’s not waste the time intended for rest on them.

And if you lack inspiration, use my tips below.

1. Bath start resting

This is probably my favorite way to relax (right next to point no. 2). During my trip to Japan, I had the pleasure of using natural hot springs. Believe me – it was really hot water; the kind that allows us to relax deeply. Of course, just like any other activity, the Japanese have perfected this one. Bathing in an onsen is not just about bathing. What is important is the atmosphere, peace, relaxation. The bath is repeated several times, washing after each subsequent bath, resting and entering the hot springs again.

Attention to small details (such as a special cloth for washing the body) is important here, which together make up this extraordinary experience.
