Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine (statute of limitations! terms! inheritance)
The Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine Regarding Amendments to theĀ Improving the Procedure for Opening and Registering an Inheritance” No. 3450-IX! which entered into force on January 30! 2024 ! introduced amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the suspension of the statute of limitations! terms! conditions and features of accepting an inheritance:
The running of the limitation period is suspend for the duration of martial law
