December Challenge + Printables

December is already greeting the goose, so it’s time to sum up the November challenge and new goals for December. And believe me – it promises to be interesting.

November Challenge Summary

Was the November challenge a the panel of judges of the economic court of cassation  success? Generally yes. I

But let’s not be so rosy – when it comes to exercises, I unfortunately had a few failures, because I didn’t manage to do all the planned workouts. But I consider it a great success that a single failure didn’t cause me to give up exercising completely, and in the end I regularly did Chodakowska or went to the local gym on the elliptical trainer

Any thoughts? Oh yes! I am finally starting to see how important meals are in the first half of the day – to be large and filling. Since cooking is not my domain (due to the constant lack of time), I see more and more that I need some clever systemic solutions. I hope to prepare something for you on this topic in some time.

What plans?

As for my plans for December, I definitely search engine marketing is similar to seo  want to continue exercising regularly and stay away from sweets. There will be no new, spectacular task for this month. Instead, I would like to propose short, weekly challenges to you and myself: less pressure, more fun.

Where did this idea come from? December is a difficult month during which there is always a lot going on. That is why I do not want to add more stress and unnecessary pressure (because we all know how that ends). Hence the idea of short, weekly challenges – because what could be stressful in a weekly challenge?

Does a weekly challenge do any good?

I know – it seems like such a weekly challenge calling list  is definitely not enough to develop a new habit. But it was thanks to the weekly challenge that I introduced the rule of not eating meals at my desk at work. Besides – even if mini-challenges were to not bring any spectacular effects, it is still worth trying something new, for the pleasure of diversifying my activities.

December Action Plan:

1-4.12 – warm-up; regular exercise plus no sweets
5-11.12 – no bread or pasta
12-18.12 – I get enough sleep and go to bed before 23:00
19 – 25.12 – a week with a book – I read for 30 minutes every day
26 – 31.12 – I go for a 15-minute walk every day (there is no bad weather, only inappropriate clothing ;))
