Did you know that there are a little less than 50 days left until the New Year?
It’s incredible, but there are a little less than 50 days left until the New Year. It’s hard to say whether it’s a lot or not. But it’s definitely a great time to start working on yourself now – to enter the New Year with a little less “baggage”. Besides – every day is perfect to change something.
Why don’t women lose weight?
Supposedly, what women lose when according to the world bank trying to lose weight is a lack of discipline and constantly looking for new solutions (and shortcuts!). That is why men are better at losing weight. If a guy hears from a friend that he will lose weight by eating rice with chicken, he will eat that rice with chicken until he loses weight. On the other hand, a woman, not seeing quick results, will immediately start trying new things – one diet, another. Exercises like this, exercises like that. As a result, the man loses weight, and we continue to chase our own tail, getting fatter and more unhappy.
Tools like planners and calendars help us achieve success. Determine the goal and the means that will help us achieve that goal. They also help us stick to a specific plan.
So, in order to stick to my resolution for longer than Monday to Wednesday, I decided to create my own fitness planner, where I could plan my little success. That’s how “Project Łania” was born.
Where does the name “Project Doe” come from?
While creating materials for a fitness the digital marketing institute planner, I came across a graphic of a deer in my resources. I unconsciously reached for it and placed it on one of the projects. While working on the graphic, I didn’t notice when Ewa (who, by the way, runs a fantastic blog ewokracja.pl ) approached me from behind:
– Oh please, Project Doe!
– Excuse me?
– You have your Project Doe! Remember? You calling list told me about it once. I thought you did it on purpose.
My girls and I jokingly called our spring plans for changing our figure “Project Doe.” Why? Because under the influence of our joyful diets, beauty treatments, and fitness, we were supposed to go to the beach in the summer as beautiful as a doe in a forest clearing.
“Project Doe” – isn’t that the perfect name for a fitness planner?
What is included in the Fitness planner “Project Łania”
My fitness planner consists of:
Effects cards (chart, checkpoints, body measurements)
exercise planner card – the right fitness planner
a card that allows you to measure the number of glasses of water you drink
Note card
a card that allows us to specify our goal and determine what reward awaits us for it!
Remember – you don’t have to print all the pages – you can print only the ones you actually need.
